TUVALU ELECTRICITY CORPORATION (REPEAL) ACT 2013

AN ACT TO REPEAL THE TUVALU ELECTRICITY CORPORATION (REPEAL) ACT 2011

Commencement 24th December, 2013

1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Tuvalu Electricity Corporation (Repeal) Act 2011 Repeal Bill 2013.

2 Commencement This Act shall come into operation on the date of publication by exhibition.

3 Purpose The purpose of this Act is to repeal the Tuvalu Electricity Corporation (Repeal) Act 2011.

4 Repeal The Tuvalu Electricity Corporation (Repeal) Act 2011 is repealed.
