AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 6(1) OF THE CONSUMPTION TAX ACT TO REMOVE AND PLACE IN A REGULATION SOME OF THE LISTED SUPPLIES

Commencement [24th December, 2020]

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Consumption Tax (Amendment) Act 2020.

2 Amendment to section 6(1)

(1) Subsection (1)(e), (f), (g)and (h) are repealed with the subsections renumbered as appropriate.
