AN ACT TO REPEAL THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE AGE LIMIT OF THE GOVERNOR GENERAL

Commencement [31st August 2021]

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment) Act 2021.

2 Amendment to section 55

(1) Section 55 (2) (b) is repealed in its entirety and renumbers the subsections accordingly.

(2) Section 55 (3) (c) is repealed in its entirety and renumbers the subsections accordingly.
