An Act to authorise a supplementary appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund for recurrent expenditures for the service of the financial year ending 31^st December 1998

ENACTED by the Parliament of Tuvalu-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the 1998 Supplementary Appropriation Act 1999.

Authorisation of expenditures

2. The Minister may. by warrant under his hand, in addition to the sum already authorised for the service of Tuvalu for the financial year ending 31^st December, 1998 further authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the same financial year a sum not exceeding two hundred ninety seven thousands one hundred and forty two dollars and forty cents ($297,142.44) and which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified.
