1997 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT 1997
(Act 9 of 1997)

An Act to authorise a supplementary appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund for recurrent expenditures for the service of the year ending 31^st December, 1997.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Tuvalu-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the 1997 Supplementary Appropriation Act 1997.

Authorisation of expenditures

2. The Minister may, by warrant under his hand, in addition to the sum already authorised for the service of Tuvalu for the financial year ending 31^st December, 1997 further authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the same financial year a sum not exceeding four hundred and eighty forty thousands and eight hundred and two dollars and forty four dollars ($484,842) and which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified.
