WATER SUPPLY (DELIVERY OF BULK
SUPPLIES) REGULATIONS

MADE UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE WATER SUPPLY ACT¹

1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Water Supply (Delivery of Bulk Supplies) Regulations.

2 Charge for delivery from Government storage cisterns

The Authority shall charge persons desiring to be supplied with water from Government storage cisterns at the rate of $5 for every 1000 gallons, or part thereof, delivered.²

3 Method by which charge imposed

The charge for water to be supplied in accordance with regulation 2 shall be paid to the Authority at the time of or in advance of its delivery.
