1 Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Forms) Rules.
2 Forms to be used
The forms set out in the Schedule shall be used in Magistrates' Courts in the exercise of their criminal jurisdiction with such adaptation as the circumstances of each case may require.
