TOKELAU DUTY RULES 1997

1. Title and Commencement

(1) These rules may be cited as the Tokelau Duty Rules 1997.

(2) These rules shall come into force on 1 February 1997.

2. Amendment to the Fourth Schedule of the Tokelau Customs Regulations 1991

The Fourth Schedule of the Tokelau Customs Regulations 1991 is amended to read as follows-
