ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Central Plan Register, etc. (Amendment of Section 8).

AN ACT

entitled

Survey Co-ordination (Amendment) Act 2022,

Being an Act to amend the Survey Co-ordination Act 1967, and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting on the advice of the Minister.

CENTRAL PLAN REGISTER, ETC. (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 8).

Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting immediately after Subsection (7) the following new subsection:

"(8) The Surveyor General must create a registry within the Central Plan Office for the deposition of survey plans for land and buildings where strata development leases are to be registered and kept.".
