ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

New Section 7.

"7. P'NYANG LNG PROJECT FISCAL STABILITY AGREEMENT TO HAVE FORCE OF LAW.".

AN ACT

entitled

Resource Contracts Fiscal Stabilisation (P'nyang LNG Project) (Amendment) Act 2022,

Being an Act to amend the Resource Contracts Fiscal Stabilisation Act 2000 and for related purposes,

MADE by National Parliament.

NEW SECTION 7.

The Principal Act is amended by inserting immediately after Section 6 the following new section:

"7. P'NYANG LNG PROJECT FISCAL STABILITY AGREEMENT TO HAVE FORCE OF LAW.
The agreement entered into under this Act in respect of the P'nyang LNG Project (as defined in Subsection 4(1) of the Income Tax Act 1959) has the force of law notwithstanding anything in any other law.".
