ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Concessional Rate for Large Scale Tourist Accommodation (Amendment of Section 6D).

An Act

entitled

Income Tax, Dividend (Withholding) Tax and Interest (Withholding) Tax (2013 Budget) (Amendment) Act 2012,

Being an Act to amend the Income Tax, Dividend (Withholding) Tax and Interest (Withholding) Tax Act 1984,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to come into operation on 1 January 2013.

CONCESSIONAL RATE FOR LARGE SCALE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6D).

Section 6D of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the word, letters, number and mark "Division III.9C" and replacing it with "Division III.9B.".
