ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

1. Duties, functions and responsibilities of Attorney-General (Amendment of Section 7).
2. Repeal of Section 14.

AN ACT

entitled

Attorney-General (Amendment) Act 2021,

Being an Act to amend the Attorney-General Act 1989, and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the Minister.

1. DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 7).

Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Paragraph (f).

2. REPEAL OF SECTION 14.

Section 14 of the Principal Act is repealed.
