ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS.

MADE under the Printers and Newspapers Act 1956.

1. NOTICE OF PRESS, ETC.

(1) A notice by a person (other than a company) under Section 3(1) of the Act shall be in Form 1.

(2) A notice by a company under Section 3(1) of the Act shall be in Form 2.

(3)^{[1] [2]}The fee payable on giving a notice is K5.00.

2. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF PRINTING PRESS, ETC.

A certificate under Section 3(3) of the Act shall be in Form 3.

3. STATUTORY DECLARATIONS AS TO PUBLICATION.

(1) A statutory declaration under Section 6(1) of the Act shall be in Form 4.

(2) A statutory declaration under Section 6(2) of the Act shall be in Form 5.

(3)^{[3] [4]}The fee payable on depositing a statutory declaration is K20.00.

4. CERTIFIED COPIES.

^[5]The fee for a certified copy of a notice, certificate, statutory declaration or recognizance under the Act is K10.00.
