JOSE Q. LIZAMA, Appellant
v.
BANK OF AMERICA, Appellee
Civil Appeal No. 89
Trial Division of the High Court
Mariana Islands District
May 14, 1974
BURNETT, Chief Justice
Judgment was entered herein on August 29, 1972, with notice of appeal filed September 26, 1972. On October 20, 1972, counsel for appellant was advised of the estimated cost of transcript. He was again reminded by letter from the Clerk of Courts, on August 3, 1973, and referred to our rules governing appellate procedure.
Appellant has done nothing to perfect his appeal, now pending for well over a year; Appellee moves to dismiss. It may be noted, in passing, that neither the notice of appeal, nor notice of cross-appeal filed October 4, 1972 meet the requirement of our rules.
It is, therefore, ordered, that this appeal be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
