It appearing to the Court that counsel for appellant was notified on July 23, 1969, that this matter would be dismissed unless the estimated cost of the transcript of evidence was paid to the Clerk of Courts of the Marshall Islands District within thirty (30) days from July 14, 1969, and that said cost has not been paid to date, this matter is hereby dismissed pursuant to Rule 32f (1) of the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
