An Act to make provision for the writing off of irrevocable debts
1 Short Title
This is the Public Revenues (Write Offs) Act 2007.
2 Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to make provision for the writing off of irrecoverable debts.
3 Irrecoverable debts written off
The debts specified in the Schedule are hereby written off from the Niue Government Accounts as of the _______ day of ____________ 2007.
