PENSIONS AND BENEFITS AMENDMENT ACT 2008

An Act to amend the Pensions and Benefits Act 1991

No. 294

1. Title

This is the Pensions and Benefits Amendment Act 2008.

2. Repeal

Section 3(1A) of the Pensions and Benefits Act 1991 is repealed.

I, ATAPANA SIAKIMOTU, Speaker of the Niue Assembly, hereby certify that the requirements of Article 34 of the Niue Constitution have been duly complied with.
