NIUE CONSUMPTION TAX AMENDMENT ACT 2011

An Act to amend the Niue Consumption Tax Act 2009

1 Title

(1) This is the Niue Consumption Tax Amendment Act 2011.

(2) This Act enters into force on 1 April 2012.

2 Interpretation

In this Act -

"principal Act" means the Niue Consumption Tax Act 2009.

3 Section 7(2) of the principal Act amended

Section 7(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting "$200,000" and replacing it with "$75,000".
