ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY AMENDMENT ACT 2008

An Act to amend the Electric Power Supply Act 1960

No. 295

1. Title

This is the Electric Power Supply Amendment Act 2008.

2. Amendment

Section 19(g) of the Electric Power Supply Act 1960 is amended by inserting ", the rates for," after the words "conditions for ".

I, ATAPANA SIAKIMOTU, Speaker of the Niue Assembly, hereby certify that the requirements of Article 34 of the Niue Constitution have been duly complied with.
