Short Title

1. This Act may be cited as the Copra Tax (Repeal) Act 2003.

Repeal

2. The Copra Tax Act 1986 (No 10 of 1986) is repealed.

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

This short Act is self-explanatory in that it repeals the Copra Tax Act 1986 (No 10 of 1986).
