Co-operative Societies Act - Exemption Order for Fiji Co-operative Association Limited 1980

CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act, I hereby order that the Fiji Co-operative Association Limited shall be exempted from the provisions of section 30 of the Act in so far as is necessary to enable the Fiji Development Bank, as a member of the said registered society, to hold more than one-fifth of the share capital of the society.
