Airports Development and Security (Amendment) Charges 2011

PURSUANT to Section 12 of the Civil Aviation Reform Act 1999, the Airports Fiji Limited has amended the following charges for its services performed or facilities provided at the Nadi International Airport and Nausori Airport-

Paragraph 1 amended

1. Paragraph 1 of the Airports Development and Security Charges 2003 is amended by deleting "$5.00" and substituting "$5.75"

Paragraph 2 amended

2. Paragraph 2 of the Airports Development and Security Charges 2003 is amended by deleting "$5.00" and substituting "$5.75"

3. These charges shall come into force on 1st July, 2011.
