(No. 7) (Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2009


IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 9 of the Counter-Inflation Act, the Prices and Incomes Board, with the approval of the Acting Prime Minister &Acting Minister for Finance and National Planning makes the following Order -


Citation and commencement

1.-(1) This Order maybe cited as the Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Foodstuffs) (No. 7) (Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2009 and comes into force on 9th October 2009.


(2) The Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Foodstuffs) (No. 7) Order 2009 is in this Order referred to as the Principal Order.


Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by substituting the following, item for item 2 -
