EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of Section 1 of the Prevention of Juvenile Crime Act 1968, His Excellency the High Commissioner, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Juvenile Crime Act Commencement Order 1969.

2. The Prevention of Juvenile Crime Act 1968 shall come into force, on the island of Rarotonga, at midnight on the thirtieth day of April, 1969.
