PURSUANT to section 4 of the Noise Control Act 1986, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order-

ORDER

1. Title - This order may be cited as the Noise Control Act Application Order 1986.

2. Application - The Noise Control Act 1986 shall apply on the islands of Rarotonga and Aitutaki commencing at midnight on the first day of November 1986.
