PURSUANT to Section 3 (3) of the Departure Tax Act 2005, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Departure Tax Order 2009, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Departure Tax Act 2005 ("hereinafter referred to as the principal Act").

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1^st day of April 2009.

2. Amendment - The principal Act is amended by deleting the First Schedule and inserting the Schedule attached hereto.
