Tribunal disregards the applicant ’ s conduct in Australia in involving himself with the local church congregation and learning about the local church practices under s 91R(3) of the Act and is not satisfied that he engaged in this conduct otherwise than for the purpose of strengthening his refugee claims The Tribunal consequently rejects any implied claims that the applicant might be considered to have made, which are based on his perceived association with the local church, and which might arise from his involvement with local church activities in Australia and his acquisition of associated knowledge ”     1
